At the last SGC meeting, our program speaker, Janet Smith, did a presentation on “water-wise gardening.”  During the presentation, she mentioned a lawn grass that requires “half the water and  half the mowing” of other turfgrasses.  More information about  this new  turfgrass, “Turffalo”, can be found on the following website:  http://www.turffalo.com/
