With Fall comes the changing of the flowers in the Town East Blvd. median to welcome visitors to Sunnyvale. SGC members Mary Coon, Debbie Wood, Donna Moore, Laurie Sparhawk, Nancy Keim, Darlene Eberwein, Tameka Lewis-Baker, Faye Nabors, and Jeanette Hobbs all participated in this beautification project on October 18^th after Jonie and Matt Johnson trimmed and cleaned up the beds to prepare them for planting pansies.  The ladies also planted pansies and ornamental cabbage in the containers at the Doris Padgett Library and the Fire Station.  In addition, now that the statue and plaque SGC donated in memory of Doris Padgett has been installed, they also planted daffodils and violas in front of the statue by the front door of the library.
